Company Profile

Eicmation (China) Fluid Control Systems Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the German AISENBERG GmbH Group in China. Its headquarters is located in Shanghai, and its production and R&D base is in Dafeng, Jiangsu. At present, Eicmation has established its own branches in Shanghai, Suzhou, Yancheng, Tianjin, Chengdu and Urumqi. Since formally entering the Chinese market in 2005, we have provided products and services to more than 5,000 customers. With the expansion of industrial scale and sales in various industries, Eicmation has continuously deepened its presence in the industrial automation field and carried out cooperation with world-renowned brands, which has greatly expanded and improved our product line. Now, we have gradually evolved into a system integrator in the automatic valve industry. To better serve the Chinese market, we set up a production plant in Dafeng, Jiangsu for the China region in 2023. Covering an area of about 30,000 square meters, the new plant has enabled us to successively obtain relevant certifications such as ISO, TS-A1, CE, SIL3, 3C, API, FDA and EAC. Professional production technology and strict quality control systems ensure the reliability of products. All products from the Chinese plant adhere to the quality concept of "Made in Germany" and are sold globally. They have successful application cases in industries such as oil and gas, minerals, electric power, chemical industry, medicine, metallurgy and environmental protection, and our products and services have been well received by customers.

Development Process

1979

The Eicmation brand was founded, mainly engaged in the production and R&D of valve actuators. Its European headquarters is now located in Mönchengladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

2002

Eicmation entered China through the agent model.

2012

Eicmation established a wholly-owned sales company in Shanghai: Eic (Shanghai) Pipeline Control System Co., Ltd.

2010-2016

Relying on the Shanghai sales headquarters, Eicmation set up branches/offices in cities such as Suzhou, Jinan, Tianjin, Chengdu and Urumqi.

2017

Eicmation established the first wholly-owned production factory in Suzhou, and Eic(JiangSu)pipe control system Co., Ltd. was officially founded.

2022

The new Dafeng factory was completed and put into operation, and the original " Eic(JiangSu)pipe control system Co., Ltd." was officially renamed "Eicmation (Jiangsu) Fluid Control System Co., Ltd.".

2025

The Phase II project of the Yancheng Plant in Jiangsu is under construction. Upon completion of Phase II, the Yancheng Plant will cover an area of 30,000 square meters, with a workshop area of approximately 20,000 square meters.

Beautiful crown like jade - Painting process

Both carbon steel or cast iron valves are exposed to harsh working conditions such as corrosion, high temperature, and high salinity, so the surface treatment of such valves is particularly important. Before leaving the factory, they undergo surface coating treatment in accordance with EICMATION's standards and implement the EN ISO 12944-2 standard. The coatings used are Jotun coatings, whose durability, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance are 50% higher than similar products. At present, EICMATION China has a fully automatic painting line, which has passed the national certification for environmental assessment in 2023.

Seeing the Big Picture -- Selection of Stainless Steel Fasteners

The valve is assembled from machined metal parts. Valve assembly is achieved through fasteners such as screws, which play a crucial role in valve quality. All stainless steel fasteners for EICMATION valves use products from Taiwan Dongming (THE) brand. Dongming's expertise in the heat treatment of martensitic stainless steel products results in superior performance compared to domestic products.

Internal and external cultivation -- selection of sealing raw materials

The sealing ring is the core of the soft sealing valve. The PTFE sealing material of EICMATION valves uses Daikin raw materials from Japan. With its excellent corrosion resistance and self-lubrication, its lifespan is 30% longer than that of domestic materials.
