T series control valve is a kind of spherical valve, is the most commonly used in process control, the most reliable products, varieties, structure, suitable for all kinds of different working conditions.EICMATION's T series control valve adopts the modular design, different structural forms have interchangeability, greatly reducing the customer site later maintenance costs. At present, there are two main types of T series control valves: TA series unbalanced single-seated control valves and TG series balanced sleeve single-seated control valves.
TA series unbalanced single-seated control valve adopts top-guided unbalanced structure, high strength, heavy load, S streamlined channel, small pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, high precision flow characteristics. Its valve cage for compression seat design, reduce lateral load and spool vibration, reduce friction, extend the service life of the control valve. Flow-open design, the media flow tends to control the direction of the valve open, small flow state controllability.
TG series balanced sleeve single seat control valve adopts sleeve guided structure, pressure balanced spool, is designed for heavy load conditions, the use of balanced sealing ring replacement of the upper seat so that the double seat into a seat, applied to the high leakage requirements of the occasion. Valve body structure is compact, the fluid channel is S streamline, in the structure of the guide wing to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, the spool using pressure balanced structure, applicable to large differential pressure, and balanced spool design to ensure that the required actuator thrust is minimized, cost savings, is widely used in the requirements of good dynamic stability, low temperature, low-pressure pipeline fluid control.TG series according to the sleeve structure extends the TI series multi-hole low noise control valve, TJ series labyrinth type multi-stage pressure reducing control valve, TQ series combined sleeve multi-stage pressure reducing control valve.
