Industry Product Overview
BM series Lined ball valve is used as a fluid control equipment, through the rotating ball to control the fluid on and off. The lining material is usually corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant and other characteristics to protect the ball valve from the erosion of the fluid medium.
One-piece wafered ball valve is a simple structure, small size, light weight valves, suitable for a variety of pipeline media cut off, distribution and flow direction change.It is widely used in various industrial fields.
BC/BD/BH/BZ series floating ball valve is a floating ball structure, with large flow capacity, compact structure, good sealing performance, long life and other characteristics, economic, practical, easy to maintain. In addition to controlling gas, liquid and steam media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and media containing fiber. According to customer needs to choose fire protection type, special hardening treatment type, ultra-low temperature type.
Three-piece threaded ball valve
AA/AB series three-piece ball valve for three-piece body floating ball valve structure, full bore type, with large flow capacity, compact structure, good sealing performance, long life and other characteristics, economical and practical, easy to maintain.
Forged steel trunnion ball valve
BE/BF/BN/BY series forged steel trunnion ball valve, the seat under the pressure of the medium, the seat sealing ring is tightly pressed on the ball to ensure sealing, used to cut off or adjust the medium in the pipeline. The trunnion ball valve has small torque, small deformation of the seat, stable sealing performance, long service life, and is suitable for higher pressure and larger size range.
EA/EB series high pressure ball valve , the valve body is forged by high pressure. The valve seat is made of POM or PEEK material, and the seal is provided by stainless steel metal ring. The sealing performance of the valve seat packing is enhanced with the rise of medium pressure.
BTN series V-port Segment Ball valve is a trunnion ball structure, with optimized flow characteristics, can provide a larger valve flow capacity, it is mainly used as a regulating valve, can also be used as a on-off valve, the ball has a V-shaped gap, when the valve is closed, V-shaped gap and the seat produce wedge shear effect. It has the function of self-cleaning and can prevent the phenomenon of sticking between ball and seat due to dirt, especially suitable for controlling the slurry, sewage, medium containing fiber and small solid particles.
BU/BV series 3-way ball valve is suitable for the design and development of pipeline flow direction conversion or cycle work, to achieve rapid opening and closing and switching flow direction. According to different requirements, we can provide L-type and T-type.
