Industry Product Overview
Application of EICMATION double eccentric butterfly valve in gas service with powder materials
The customer's medium is nitrogen, but the flow rate is high during transportation and there is a small amount of carbon powder in the medium. The valve operates at a high frequency (once every 40 seconds to 1 minute), the medium temperature is 60℃, and the operating pressure is 7 bar.
Automation retrofit of manual gate valves
At the customer site, a DN1200 manual gate valve requires two operators to spend one hour daily on opening and closing operations. This is time-consuming and the site environment is poor, posing health risks to the operators. Therefore, there is a requirement to convert the existing manual gate valve to electric operation.
Application Analysis of Silicon Chemical Wear-Resistant Valves
The tank discharge medium is silicon powder, with a switching frequency of 16-20 times per hour. This is a relatively high frequency, and the medium is quite hard.

Double eccentric butterfly valve

Triple eccentric butterfly valve
FM/FN、FU/FV series Triple eccentric butterfly valve design advanced, no mechanical wear and abrasion, its closing torque is small , good cutting performance, widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power and other industrial automation control system. The series of triple eccentric butterfly valves have multi-level metal sealed triple eccentric butterfly valves and all-metal hard sealed triple eccentric butterfly valves.
FD/FE series lined butterfly valves are soft sealed butterfly valves with concentric sealing structure. The seat and disc of the valve are lined with corrosion-resistant and age-resistant fluorine plastic FEP or RPTFE or PFA by high pressure injection molding process, which has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing property.
BM series Lined ball valve is used as a fluid control equipment, through the rotating ball to control the fluid on and off. The lining material is usually corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant and other characteristics to protect the ball valve from the erosion of the fluid medium.
BC/BD/BH/BZ series floating ball valve is a floating ball structure, with large flow capacity, compact structure, good sealing performance, long life and other characteristics, economic, practical, easy to maintain. In addition to controlling gas, liquid and steam media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and media containing fiber. According to customer needs to choose fire protection type, special hardening treatment type, ultra-low temperature type.
BU/BV series 3-way ball valve is suitable for the design and development of pipeline flow direction conversion or cycle work, to achieve rapid opening and closing and switching flow direction. According to different requirements, we can provide L-type and T-type.
BTN series V-port Segment Ball valve is a trunnion ball structure, with optimized flow characteristics, can provide a larger valve flow capacity, it is mainly used as a regulating valve, can also be used as a on-off valve, the ball has a V-shaped gap, when the valve is closed, V-shaped gap and the seat produce wedge shear effect. It has the function of self-cleaning and can prevent the phenomenon of sticking between ball and seat due to dirt, especially suitable for controlling the slurry, sewage, medium containing fiber and small solid particles.
T series control valve is a kind of spherical valve, is the most commonly used in process control, the most reliable products, varieties, structure, suitable for all kinds of different working conditions.EICMATION's T series control valve adopts the modular design, different structural forms have interchangeability, greatly reducing the customer site later maintenance costs. At present, there are two main types of T series control valves: TA series unbalanced single-seated control valves and TG series balanced sleeve single-seated control valves.
TU series lined control valve in contact with the medium parts are made of high pressure film pressing and injection molding process, lined with corrosion resistant, aging resistant polyperfluoroethylene (F46) or meltable polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA). The packing part is sealed by polytetrafluoroethylene bellows and packing. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance. The valve as a whole set has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, long service life, high adjustment accuracy, safety, reliability and easy maintenance. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, electric power and other industries for acid, alkali and other strong corrosive media and toxic, volatile and other gases, liquid media process control.
