1. Introduction to On-site Application Conditions

1.1 Valve Installation Location: Baihetan Hydropower Station main shaft sealing pipeline, DN65 diameter, nominal pressure: PN25, vertical pipe installation.

1.2 Medium Process Parameters: DN65 diameter, nominal pressure: PN25, working pressure: 1.2~1.7MPa, working temperature: ambient temperature, medium: Jinsha River water.

1.3 Valve Operating Condition

(1) The pressure of the two water pipes before the valve is different, 1.2~1.7MPa respectively;

(2) The stable pressure after the valve is 0.7~0.8MPa.

2. Challenges and Problems Faced

The pressure of the two pipelines at the inlet of the valve is different. According to the actual flow rate, the pressure after the valve is maintained at 0.7~0.8MPa.

Solution: Self-acting pressure regulating valve, pressure taken internally after the valve, stabilizing the pressure after the valve (0.7-0.8Mpa), valve body/internal parts: CF8/304, sealing: PTFE, pressure rating: PN25, connection: national standard flange, DN65.
