Project Overview:
Grozăvești Power Station, Grozăvești Power Plant, Romania. Installed on the boiler main pipe and bypass, used for hot water flow regulation in the heating system.
Project Parameters:
Medium: Hot water
Operating Pressure: nor/max: 12 bar / 20 bar
Operating Temperature: nor/max: 130 °C / 150 °C
Material: Valve internal parts WCB/304
Electrical Requirements: Electric intelligent regulating type, 380VAC, Noise: <65 dB,
Project Solution:
1. According to customer requirements, after parameter calculation, GLOBE single-seat sleeve regulating valve is selected for the valve body. Considering the relatively large diameter, in order to increase the service life of the valve, the valve core and valve seat sealing surfaces are hardened with STL treatment. The electric fitting adopts an intelligent C-series control module, which fully meets the customer's automatic control requirements. Because the thrust is relatively large, a multi-turn motor plus a booster device is used to fully meet the power requirements of the valve.
2. The customer also has clear requirements for equipment noise, which must be less than 65dB. Therefore, during the manufacturing process of the valve electric fitting, our company strictly controls the processing accuracy of the internal parts, ensures the accuracy of the parts matching, and uses a multi-hole low-noise valve core for the internal parts of the valve to effectively reduce noise generation. At the same time, we provide the customer with valve installation suggestions, minimizing diameter changes before and after the valve, increasing the length of the straight pipe section before and after the valve, and effectively supporting the pipes before and after the valve to avoid noise generation due to vibration.
