The Acme inner lining ball valve adopts a full-bore structure. The flow path and liquid contact areas are all lined with PTFE coating, which is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, and is often used in highly corrosive conditions. It can also be closed without leakage under full pressure, facilitating pipeline system maintenance.

Detailed description

1. Product Specifications; Manual ball valve, Material: CF8M, Seal: Soft seal, Pressure Standard: PN16, Diameter: DN125.
2. Site Conditions; The valve is horizontally installed in the pipeline, transporting mother liquor from the tank outwards. The valve shows strong acidity with a PH of 0.5-4.5. The medium is mother liquor (containing S, CI ions), which is prone to crystallization; hardness is not high.
3. Site Operating Pressure and Temperature; 3-5 kg, 40 degrees.
4. Site Valve Usage; External leakage occurred in the valve. External leakage appeared after about 12 months of use.
5. Causes of External Leakage; The valve is severely corroded, the medium contains strong acid, and the on-site pipeline material is plastic.

Use of lined valves
Ekmexun lined ball valves adopt a full-bore structure. The flow path and liquid contact areas are all lined with PTFE coating, which is resistant to strong acids and alkalis and is often used in highly corrosive conditions. It can also be closed without leakage within the full pressure range, facilitating maintenance of the pipeline system. The ball and stem are integrally designed, eliminating the possibility of the stem being pushed out of the valve body due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring operational safety. The structure is compact and reasonable, with minimal internal cavity space in the valve, reducing medium retention. In addition, the special molding process ensures good density of the sealing surface, and combined with PTFE packing, the valve achieves zero leakage.
