The pneumatic ball valve in the coal powder pipeline of the blast furnace coal powder injection system has a high switching frequency, about 30,000 times per month. Currently, the ball valve has a service life of about half a month, and leakage occurs at the valve stem packing, affecting the valve's use.

4. The original pneumatic ball valve packing structure used molded graphite packing. To address the above issues, our company has optimized and improved the packing gland structure and material. Currently, our company uses modified wear-resistant molded PTFE for the packing material, and adds a dustproof sealing ring to the packing structure, effectively improving the service life of the ball valve.
